Sometimes you have to work smarter and harder!
This was an approximately 3000 sq ft home in Millsap, Texas that showed signs of hail damage.
On this home, the homeowner’s insurance initially denied the claim. But we persisted in working with the insurance company, getting several reinspections done and eventually were able to get them to not only pay for a new roof, but also to pay for additional elements such as the gutters and even re-staining the wood siding above the garage.
The insurance company reimbursed the homeowner for the cost of a new shingle roof. So then all that the homeowner needed to do was to pay the deductible and the $3000 upgrade to a Panel Loc Plus metal roof.
